Bot's 'Closing Temperature'
Summary: When bots aren't ready to book a demo, but they are asked to do so, they will often completely ignore the question and jump straight to a new objection. Ideal Outcome: The bot will state that they're not ready to see a demo yet as they would like more information on XYZ. From Customer: "One thing I've noticed in the meantime with some of the testing, I noticed you try to answer a question or two and go to booking a demo, and the bot just moves on to its next objection. Is the system essentially set up so that a bot is going to reference all of its objections on every call? Or is it all of its objections on most calls? How should we think about that? In the current setup, everyone has at least two objections. Most have three, and one or two of them have four objections"
